BY PAYMENT METHOD
We request a 30% deposit for the total amount, in order to confirm the reservation. The rest can be paid up to 3x on the card during check in.
The voucher must be sent by email, according to the stipulated deadlines, to jaguar_ lodge@hotmail.com and then we will send the voucher.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
From 29 to 26 days before arrival: Fine of 10% of the total amount.
From 25 to 16 days before arrival: Fine of 25% of the total amount.
From 15 to 11 days before arrival: Fine of 50% of the total amount.
From 10 to 06 days before arrival: Fine of 75% of the total amount.
05 days before or at the show: Fine of 100% of the total amount.

The above values are not included: drinks and personal expenses such as: laundry, phone calls, tips and food not mentioned, airline tickets, airport boarding fees , as well as excess baggage.
Jaguar Ecological Reserve has 09 standard apartments and 04 Premium apartments
The Standard apartment is with split air conditioning / inverter, ceiling fan, private bathroom, screened windows, free Wi-Fi and a safe, with a total size of approximately 19 to 23 m².
The Premium apartment is with split / inverter air conditioning, ceiling fan, private bathroom, screened doors and windows, free Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, safe, minibar and private area for resting and reading, with hammocks and size approximate total 35 m².
We ask you at the time of booking to provide us with names, type of apartment, type of bed (double or single), approximate arrival time, if the guest has any food restrictions, allergies, special needs or holidays, inform us at the time of the reservation, to better serve.
The tours included in the daily rate are of a collective nature, shared with other guests, (including other agencies) and will have programmed and scheduled departments by the reception of the inn, according to availability or weather conditions. Private tours must be booked in advance at the time of booking and will be charged separately.
Tours included in the daily rates, will last for 02 hours and in case of exceeding this time, the excess hour will be charged, according to the current rate.
Services or meals not used during the stay, will not be refunded.
The entry of drinks at the Jaguar Reserve is prohibited, except water.
For full breakfast to be served before the normal time of 06:00, ask at the reception and pay a fee of R $ 170.00.
ACCOMMODATION AND CHARGING FOR CHILDREN:
Children from 0 to 10 years old, in the same apartment as their parents is free.
